"Bailey loves going to stay with Sheena and Rob - whether it be for a day or for longer. As soon as the car nears their house he gets so excited and can't wait to get in to see them all again. Its just like home from home and we feel so comfortable at having somewhere so perfect to leave him. Thanks so much for looking after Jeff and sending all the photos. I know he had a really good time and i'm only sorry we don't live closer as he'd love to come back.
Job Specification - Peter was working in Lincoln and his wife was also away so Peter wanted to bring his dog with him but while he was a work he needed him to be looked after, we introduced them both to Helen who looked after him while he was at work.

We have been taking Boston to VIPs since he was a 10 week old puppy. We were apprehensive about leaving him in the care of others, but we had no reason to be with Sheena, Rob and family. They treat Boston as they would their own, and he loves being there - we sometimes question whether he really wants to come home at the end of the day! The time he's spent with other dogs has also ensured he is well socialised. We recommend VIP's to anyone who cares to listen! Nothing is too much trouble, and they are flexible and understanding when we have a last minute change of plan. They have helped to ensure we have a happy dog whilst juggling work committments.

VIPs have looked after our dogs quite a few times now and i cannot believe how relaxed the dogs are when we collect them - in fact they don't seem to want to leave! VIPs treat our dogs sensitively and lovingly and we trust Sheena and her team of carers to make sure our dogs are happy and healthy whilst we are away. Many many thanks.

Biscuit Has been going to Sheena and Rob since he was 12 weeks old. He is now 18 months. He goes most days and while i'm at work I know he is safe and being welllooked after. VIP have been coming to look after our cats, Oscar and Hoshi for three years. Both of our cats are much happier to be looked after in their own home and have much less disruption than if they were to go to a cattery. In addition, we have total peace of mind that our cats will be well cared for when we have to go away. I always recommend VIP services to everyone.

“I just wanted to let you know what brilliant local carers you have! Punctual right from the first meet and greet, your staff have continued to be efficient and friendly every time they call to walk my 12 year old collie cross Sammy. Having been unwell for most of the summer, going into hospital several times, I only had to pick up the phone and Sammy was taken into foster care by the carers who walk her. Wonderfully reassuring for me as she can be shy and withdrawn sometimes. VIP’S have always been there for me and my companion. Nothing is too much trouble. Carers are understanding and flexible even if there is a change of plan and have Sammy in for day care. They are helpful and committed to our pets wellbeing. I have been using VIPs since July 2010 and it is brilliant. I was let down by other pet sitters in July and then found Sheena. My guinea pigs Gertie and Piglet are so well looked after which gives me piece of mind when l am away. Sheena has always been there and is always accommodating. She is very friendly, helpful and provides an excellent service. Without her l would really be stuck for holidays and weekends away. I would definately recommend her. Thanks so much.

Lottie has just spent 3 days in VIP Foster care, while my husband and I went to the Lake District for a short break. I have never used kennels or anything like Foster Care before because I have always had my father or son to care for Lottie. Now with my father at 84 he cannot manage walking Lottie and my son has moved out. i can honestly say that when I went to pick Lottie up she seemed quite content to stay with Denise. Although she was pleased to see me I could tell she had been well cared for and loved. she had had 3 walks a day, beeen played with and all her 'funny ways' had been taken into consideration - even down to her ear drops being administered twice a day. I would recommend the service that VIP offer without hestitation. It really is 'home from home' care and your pet will be loved and catered for in the way you would look after them. I will certainly use this service again. It gives you peace of mind, knowing that your pet is being treated with utmost care and attention. Excellent rating.

The team at VIPs are absolutely brilliant, so much so that I have a pang of jealousy when i drop Ralph off to stay with them as he is all waggy tailed when he gets there! Seriously though, it is reassuring to know your pet is happy with the people looking after them when you can't be there yourself. Also Sheena and team are very responsive to last minute panics and changes.

VIPs has been a brilliant service for me. Everybody is so helpful and friendly and Lotty my dog just loves going to stay. She is well looked after and when i need help with a dog walk or a home stay at short notice they ALWAYS try and help and find a way to accomodate me. It really is a fab team of people at VIPs. I am not sure what i would have done without them. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great value for money service that comes with a smile. Your dog will never be happier!!!

I was concerned about leaving our dog Millie whilst we went on holiday, as she has diabetes and needs injections twice a day, but we needn't have worried as Sheena took great care of her. She administered the injections and other medication needed and was great with Millie. I will definately be using the service of Sheena and VIPs again and would highly recommend their services. I contacted VIPs to look after my 4 dogs when we knew that we were going to be away at a wedding. Sheena arranged to come round with Debbie who would be looking after the dogs to meet them and see what the routine was. Both were very professional and inspired alot of confidence as they obviously knew what they were doing. When we returned home we found 4 very contented dogs and written sheets of daily visits. I would have no hesitation of using VIPs again as they provided a professional value for money service.

I thought I would just drop you a note to say thank you so much to Jo. I came home to find lovely notes telling me how the hens were on each day, which was a lovely surprise.
I really felt comfortable leaving the hens in her care after the meet and greet, and arrived back to find them very happy. As ex-bats they are fairly timid and only just getting used to people, so I was really pleased when one of the notes said that she was able to give them a stroke - the ultimate seal of approval from them!!
I won't hesitate to use the company (especially Jo!!) again, nor hesitate to recommend you. Thank you for making leaving my girls less painful!

I would like to say thank you to VIPS for the care taken of my two cats while was away in France. Denise and Ruth did a great job, so good I don't think the cats missed me at all.

I worried about trusting my dogs to other people, especially due to having a lot of heartache with my last pooch. Since starting using VIPs I have been very pleased. The dogs are always happy. There is always a note when i get in, to let me know what the girls have been up to.
All the staff are lovely and caring. I am more then happy to leave my dogs in the care of VIPs and would recommend them to anyone who needs a bit of help whilst at work or just for an extra walk.
